Born and bred in Cleveland, Ohio, Ron's roots in boxing run deeper than his own beginnings. Named in honor of his uncle, who tragically passed away during preparations for his professional debut as a fighter, Ron embraced the sport as a legacy of his family's passion. Commencing training at a tender age of seven, he stepped into his inaugural bout on November 18,1994 marking the onset of an unwavering journey. 

In his formative years, Ron found guidance and support from the revered Emanuel Steward, renowned as the architect behind 41 World Champions through Kronk Boxing team. Under Steward's wing, Ron honed his skills alongside stalwarts like Lennox Lewis and Prince Naseem Hamed, even crossing paths with the emerging sensation of that time, Zab Judah. These experiences fueled his dedication, shaping him into the force he is today at Entrobox. 

Brian and Ron have been partners since 2007, shaping a lasting alliance pivotal in Ron's fights and event planning from the start. Brian's extensive expertise, cultivated through roles as a Programming Executive at Showtime, NBA, Cablevision, and other esteemed networks, enhances EntroBox's team. 

Founding MultiVision Media, Inc. in 2001, Brian spearheaded the management of sports and entertainment television production. Renowned for orchestrating pay-per-view sports, concerts, and exclusive events, MultiVision Media, Inc. collaborates with entrepreneurs, artists, and agents. Their spectrum spans event programming, production oversight, sponsorship acquisition, and worldwide distribution, acting as a linchpin for regional sports networks and global program distribution. Brian's legacy includes catalyzing the 1988 sports channel consolidation, a pivotal move shaping today's acclaimed regional sports networks.
